A dream that's been cooking since 1966.
Saverio and Maria Sergi opened a small Italian restaurant on Main Street in Canton six decades ago, working from the recipes they brought with them. Pizza dough hand-tossed in the back, marinara simmering all afternoon, lasagna pulled from the oven and carried out steaming. Same kitchen. Same family. Still cooking.
Generations of locals, generations of St. Lawrence students who came back as alumni, generations of North Country travelers who circled back the next year. Every meal, like the sign says, you feel like family — because around here, after this many years, you basically are.
— Grazie, e Buon Appetito.
